4.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are determined by your membership tier and are payable in accordance with your membership agreement. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Service Fees

Additional fees may apply for certain services, including but not limited to tee time bookings, tournament registrations, guest passes, equipment rentals, and dining services. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of transaction.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally:

• Tee time cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Tournament registration fees may be non-refundable after a specified deadline
• Membership fees are subject to the terms of your membership agreement
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days

4.5 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of Services, additional fees, or termination of membership, as applicable. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

5.1 Ownership

All Content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property rights in our Services are owned by TYB IGCC or our licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Content
• Use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, but we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times or free from errors, defects, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TYB IGCC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Costs of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7.4 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in golf and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to weather conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that TYB IGCC shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from such activities.

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in our Services. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees or charges
• Breach your membership agreement (if applicable)
• Engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to us, other users, or our reputation

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
